Breakfast is complimentary for every guest at Sun Ranch, plus we welcome friends of staying guests to join as well for just $35 per head. From 7:30 to 9:30 AM daily, our kitchen comes alive with market-fresh ingredients, including offerings from local farmers and our own ranch-laid eggs and delicious maple bacon. Indulge in house-made pickles and jams, and enjoy our hot artisan coffee.
POP UP DINING
As the days get longer and more festive, we’re thrilled to announce our SPRING SUMMER POP UP DINING experiences hosted by our talented local chefs.
For just $120, enjoy a 3-course meal featuring fresh market produce, local seafood, meats, and herbs, citrus, and greens straight from our ranch gardens. Pair it with your favorite cocktails or wines from our curated list.
Local? We’ve saved a few seats just for you! Make it a full experience with a “staycation”—stay the night and wake up to complimentary breakfast, yoga, and pool club.

Guests can now order from our all-new Spring/Summer All Day Dining Menu at Sun Ranch, served daily from 12 PM to 7 PM in the Rambler Longhouse, or enjoy your meal poolside while soaking up stunning Hinterland views. Expect fresh, seasonal flavours sourced from local farmers and our own ranch gardens. Highlights include Chef Ileisha's In-house Smoked Trout Dip and the Plate O’ Prawns with her signature Ranch sauce.

PRIVATE DINING
We offer exclusive private dining experiences that celebrate the abundance of fresh, organic produce from our neighbouring farmers and our ranch gardens. Our goal is to create immersive, unforgettable food journeys, with outstanding local chefs showcasing native flavours.
Private dining options include Fire Feasts from $250 per head and Family Style Dining from $150 per head, with a minimum of 20 guests. To host a private dining experience, you must be a staying guest at the Ranch.
All food and drink packages include staff costs for a full-service dining experience.
