The Bundjalung region is rich in fresh produce, and it is a pleasure to create community through cooking here on the ranch.
While our seasonal menu will change as fresh produce becomes available, we’ll have your stomach full and your soul quenched with best in food flavours like Ballina prawns over coals with curry leaf butter; Lemon Myrtle or salt bush lamb ribs, with native tamarind sweet and sour sauce; and Venison shoulder flatbreads, zhoug, pickled peppers and radish.

Cooking fresh local foods over the fire creates a smokey, salt of the earth experience, it doesn't get much better.
