Breakfast is inclusive for every ranch guest.

For those staying in the Long House suites the kitchen comes alive with delicious offerings from our local farmers markets plus our ranch made pickles & jams and hot coffee from 7:30 - 9.30am daily.

Guests staying in the barns will all receive a complimentary, bountiful breakfast basket of local goods and offerings grown here on the farm, including our very own garden herbs and freshly laid eggs from the feathered ladies of the ranch.

Our general store is open daily for all your ranch provisions. Showcasing the best local producers and suppliers from the region. Shop chocolate maccas, pasta, granola, natural wines, sauces, BBQ meats and cheeses for your stay.

FIRE FEAST

Throughout the year we host FIRE FEASTS for our awesome guests. A smokey, social affair featuring outstanding chefs. Enjoy the theatre of outdoor cooking, in the field house under the stars for up to 50 guests.

While our seasonal menu will change, as fresh produce becomes available, we’ll have your stomach full and your soul quenched with best in food flavours like Ballina prawns over coals with curry leaf butter; Lemon Myrtle or salt bush lamb ribs, with native tamarind sweet and sour sauce; and Venison shoulder flatbreads, zhoug, pickled peppers and radish.
