A cooking workshop with Om Cade at Sun Ranch

We’re handing the Ranch fire-pit over to Om Cade for an afternoon built around fire, food and a long lunch.

Cade’s approach to food is grounded in seasonality, simplicity and cooking from scratch, with a focus on quality produce and time-honoured techniques.

We’ll gather around the outdoor kitchen and fire as Cade takes us through the ingredients, techniques and processes behind the way he cooks. You’ll get hands-on along the way, chopping, mixing, tasting, tending the fire and watching lunch slowly take shape.

And then, we feast.

Everything we’ve made will hit the table for a generous family-style lunch at the Ranch, shared plates and an afternoon around the fire.
